Experiential Community Healing is a teaching and community-building project focused on cultivating a fibrous, responsive learning community around herbal medicine, embodied energetic healing work, and grassroots trauma response and care.
We offer workshops and experiential discussions around embodied health, plant medicine making, gardening, wildcrafting and foraging, and herbalism with a heart of activism.
We host short series, one-time intensives, and year-long courses to offer depth of relationship and trust in learning community. We prioritize accessibility, both financially and scheduling-wise, for herbalists, working families, students, activists, and curious community members. We always offer sliding scale fees and payment options, and would love to talk about your access needs. |
Educators Lizzy and Day bring 36 collective years of herbal studies and experience to our offering. We teach from from our own experience and from the many schools of healing that have grown us, and are committed to bringing an embodied exploration of personal and practical healing work into our classes and community events. While we are rooted in an herbal lifestyle, we also hold that every of us brings a vast experience and knowledge that is important and applicable. We will cultivate a culture of sharing and moving forward together.
